What is RealSuggest?
RealSuggest helps you find the right community in Dubai before you look at property listings. You tell it your budget, commute needs, and what matters in daily life. It then ranks communities that fit you and explains why.
We do not sell apartments. We help you decide where you should live first.
Is RealSuggest free?
Yes for people looking for somewhere to live. You can browse persona templates and build a profile as a guest; an account is only required at the point where you generate a report, because reports are saved and shareable.
The commercial side is partnerships — advisers, employers, developers and proptech teams who want the same engine inside their own process.
Do you show property listings?
No, deliberately. RealSuggest ranks communities, not units. Once the area is decided, each community card links into live PropertyFinder inventory for that exact community. Duplicating a listings portal would make us worse at the thing nobody else is doing.
How is the final score of a community calculated?
Each community gets a score out of how well it fits your budget, your commute, and the amenities you care about. Those three pieces are combined into one number, with most weight on budget, then commute, then amenities.
So a place only wins if it stays in range, stays reachable, and still fits how you want to live not just because it looked good on paper.
What happens if nothing matches my requirements?
You get a clear out-of-range result telling you which requirement blocked the match usually the budget ceiling, rather than a "closest available" list that quietly ignores what you asked for. From there you can change that one thing and run it again.
Which areas do you cover?
All communities across Dubai. Dubai is where we started; next we plan to bring the same matching to other cities and countries in the future.
Are you saving our data?
Yes only what we need to run your match and save a report if you ask for one. We do not sell your profile, and we do not hand individual details to partners. If you are just browsing, you can even explore without signing up at all.
