Meet Reem, the questionnaire.
Instead of a long form, RealSuggest runs a short guided chat. Reem asks in plain language about your household, budget and what matters day to day — then turns your answers into a clear preference profile.
Locations skip the model entirely. When she needs a workplace or a school, you get a Google Maps autocomplete and the coordinates go straight through, so nothing important depends on an LLM parsing an address correctly.

Once every mandatory answer is in, the model appends a [PROFILE_COMPLETE] block containing the finished JSON. The backend catches it, parses it, and flips the profile to ready. No guessing whether the conversation is finished.

Before matching begins
Tell us where your life actually happens.
Work, school, a partner’s office, a parent’s clinic — drop pins for the places you go. RealSuggest uses those places to judge which communities fit your real week, not a vague map of Dubai.
We only need the neighbourhood, not your exact building. That is enough to find a good area — and safer for you.
Step 1 · Must-haves
Anything that cannot work is removed first.
Before we score anything, communities that fail a hard need are cut. No soft pass. No “almost.”

A community has to sit within a sensible reach of where you go. Too far away is not a commute — it is a different city.

Has the home size you need
If you need a three-bed and an area barely rents that size, it does not stay on the list.

Fits your budget
Average rent for that home size must sit inside your budget band. If nothing fits, you get a clear out-of-range answer — not a fake “closest” list.
Step 2 · Shortlist
We narrow to a small set worth checking carefully.
From the communities that passed, RealSuggest keeps a compact shortlist of the ones that look most promising next to your pins. The rest wait — we do not spend time on places that are unlikely to win.
This step only decides who gets a full commute check. It is not the final ranking.
Step 3 · Commute check
Real travel times to the places you named.
For each shortlisted community, RealSuggest checks how long it actually takes to reach your pins — work, school, and the rest.
If even one of those trips is long, the community is out. Not gently scored lower — removed.
When a travel time cannot be found, we do not invent one. That community is dropped rather than guessed.
Step 4 · Score & rank
Budget, commute, and lifestyle — then a clear ranking.
What remains is scored on how well it fits your budget, your commute, and the amenities you care about. Those pieces become one overall score, with most weight on budget, then commute, then amenities.
You get your top three communities, each with a breakdown so you can see why it ranked where it did — not a mystery score.

Missing info never fakes a low score
If we do not have amenity data for an area, we do not punish it with a zero. We focus on what we do know — so gaps in our data are not treated as gaps in the community.
